Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the purchasing date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to our head office with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Items received must be unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Earrings and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange.
3) Photo proof is needed in the cases of defective return
4) Shipping is non-refundable for return or exchange
5) Rings & Tings may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Rings and Tings reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
6) Rings & Tings is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail.
7) Rings & Tings reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Rings & Tings’ decision will be final.
Defective Item Exchange
1) Please contact our team via email email@example.com with the defective item picture.
2) In cases of defective return, Rings & Tings will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
3) In some cases, if return of the defective item is requested by Rings & Tings, we will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
Size or Preference Exchange
1) Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Rings & Tings reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
2) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size or preference exchange. Rings & Tings will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement. Rings & Tings will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1)Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in the case of refund.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3) Unwanted or unopened items returned to Rings & Tings must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Rings & Tings will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
4) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in 5 / 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by Rings & Tings.
5) If you return some/all of the items in your original shipment and the remaining total order after return amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for the remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for free shipping.(for example, a customer from Germany made a purchase of 38 GBP and are eligible for free shipping, however, you decided to return items of 15 GBP and the remaining total of your order was 23 GBP, which falls below free shipping eligibility. Therefore, the refund amount would be 15 GBP- 3.09 GBP (shipping fees is depending on the century and remaining total of your order) =11.91 GBP
